The past 2 days I have been out of town to babysit my 3 nieces since my sister hurt her back doing crossfit. Therefore, I didn’t get a workout in for 2 days… I’m not going to lie and say I don’t feel guilty about missing 2 days, because I do. But I need to keep reminding myself I kept up on my nutrition and that off days can be good for my muscles to recover!
All the matters is I’m back in it today, so COME ON YA’LL LET’S GOOOOOO! :)
Since p90x is 6 days a week if you follow it exactly, then I would go with the very active and use the 1.7 to determine the daily calories! :)
