I have been off the wagon a bit lately. Which is very disappointing. I guess I get caught up in the holidays which is definitely NOT an excuse.
Got a work out in this morning and my boyfriend and I are planning on doing the Dr. OZ 3 day detox Mon-Wed this week. Hopefully this will kick start us back up and get our schedules back in gear.

We all slip up. Let’s just say I did not get a work out in this weekend besides dancing for two nights in a row. I took in a lot of calories in drinking and treated myself to chocolate, peach cobbler, and doritos. Do I regret any of it? NOPE! It was my birthday weekend after all - back on track tomorrow. =]
